bhaggo Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the bhaggo platform and all its services. By using bhaggo's website, app or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms. Any issues arising from using the platform without reading these terms are entirely the user's responsibility.

bhaggo is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming services to Bangladeshi users. A legal relationship is established between bhaggo and each registered user, governed by the terms set out in this document.

Registration Requirements

• All documents required for the identity verification (KYC) process must be submitted.

For identity verification, bhaggo may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

Users must be at least 21+ years old to use any gaming or betting service on bhaggo. If an underage person is found to have used bhaggo, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

It is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to prevent minors in their care from accessing this platform. bhaggo accepts no liability in this regard.

Deposits on bhaggo can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Withdrawals can likewise be made through these same channels.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it is credited to your account immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• Identity verification must be complete before making a withdrawal.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• bhaggo reserves the right to review unusual or suspicious transactions, which may delay the withdrawal process.

To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5 for details).

bhaggo offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

Welcome Bonus

bhaggo's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• The wagering requirement on a bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus can be used only once.
• If an attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is detected, both accounts will be closed.
• The bonus amount is not given directly to the player — it is a matching amount that becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• bhaggo reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

All users must comply with the following rules regarding betting and gaming on bhaggo.

Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules. It is advisable to read the relevant rules before starting a game.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, bhaggo reserves the right to refund the stake.
• Intentionally exploiting any software bug or error is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is prohibited.

Sports Betting Rules

• Match fixing or involvement in any form of dishonest activity is strictly prohibited.
• If bhaggo detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to void the bets in question.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, the decision made by bhaggo will be considered final.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time.

bhaggo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Fraudulent conduct towards other users.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Users may also close their own account at any time. To do so, please contact the support team.

bhaggo treats responsible gaming as its highest priority. Following the Responsible Gaming Policy is every user's ethical duty. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — it should not become a source of financial or mental harm.

Protective Features

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

bhaggo uses SSL encryption and other security technologies to protect your personal information. However, complete security online cannot be guaranteed, so keeping your account password and login details confidential is your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bhaggo accepts no liability for:

• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or breach of these terms.
• A game or betting session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Service being temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Any loss caused by problems with the user's device.

bhaggo reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email or through the platform.

If a user continues to use the platform after updated terms are published, it will be assumed that they have agreed to the new terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they have the right to close their account.
